In the spring of 1992 Paul Kassel, along with his wife Cindy, started what is now Property Services Plus out of their Poway garage. Paul’s vision was to provide property managers and owners with a single resource for their repair and maintenance needs. Since that time the company has grown from a single contractor with no employees, to a well-established corporation with many employees. To this day Poway remains the home of the Property Services Plus corporate office, the owners and several employees. The expanded client base now includes commercial property managers, owners, retail and professional businesses, city & county agencies, apartments and HOAs throughout San Diego and Riverside counties.

In 2010 the growing landscape maintenance department was redesigned under the name Going Green Landscape Maintenance to better serve its loyal customer base. A/C Storage & Container, which rents and sells shipping containers, was developed to help customers in need of a secure storage solution at their chosen location.
